How to Copy and Paste
Overview
Copying and Pasting is a most valuable tool which can greatly speed up any sort of text manipulation you are doing... and you do it so often when creating your Listings.
It does not matter what program you are using either, you can Copy and Paste in almost every program whether it be your browser or word processor.
Step 1: Find what you want to Copy and Select it.
First of all you need to have something to Copy. On this website you will mostly be copying the HTML code of the listings that are created.
Let's say you wanted to Copy the text in the textbox below.
To select the text simply click and hold the left mouse button down then drag it over the text. You will notice it now becomes highlighted.
Click here to see the highlighted text.
Well done! You've completed your first step toward knowing how to Copy and Paste.
Hint: You can also triple click in the textbox and it will select all the text.
Step 2: Copying the text.
The next step is to Copy the text so we can then Paste it somewhere. With your text highlighted, right click on the highlighted text and select 'Copy' from the menu that appears.
Click here to see a picture of this.
After selecting Copy you will notice the menu disappear and nothing seems to happen... Don't worry! This is normal, your text is stored and ready to be Pasted somewhere!
Step 3: Pasting the text.
Now all we need to do is Paste the text! To do this, all you need to is find somewhere that accepts text input, such as the textbox below.
Once you've found your spot, right click and select Paste.
To see this in action, see these two pictures below:

Below is a multiline textbox for you to practice on if you wish. You could try right clicking anywhere on the page and selecting 'Select All' and then right clicking again and selecting 'Copy', then Paste it in the practice box to see what happens! :-)
